Birth Control for men?

Let's talk about VASECTOMIES!
In today's society it is virtually assumed that AFAB (Assigned Female at Birth) people will get on some form of contraception when they become sexuality active, and the responsibility is almost exclusively on them to take on the burden of birth control for us all. It's time for people with penises to take responsibility for our own birth control.
EVERY form of medical contraception available for AFAB people (of which there are many) result in a range of nasty side effects. From weight changes, to skin problems, to hormonal and mood imbalances, to some just being outright painful and expensive.
Why is the expectation put on our partners to manage this, letting it affect their every day lives, while we do nothing but reap the entire benefit? Considering a vasectomy is relatively cheap in the long run compared to the other options, virtually painless, with only mild discomfort for a few days and then NO other lasting negative effects, and is also reversible!

I got mine on my 30th birthday as a present to myself, and as a way for me to take responsibility for my own actions. Some believe a vasectomy will change their orgasm or size/taste of their load, and it is simply not true. The quantity of sperm in an average load makes up less then 10% of the total fluid, so you notice virtually no change.
So take responsibility for yourself! Get the snip! What's better than risk free loads? Your partner will love you for it!

Please still get tested regularly, and practice safe sex - birth control and STI's are two different risk profiles!
